Add Existing Table in new application

Description
If you start an new application from scratch an klick on '+ Existing tables' to add one, the backend show an empty page and nothing happens.
Resolution: I added
"existingTables":null,
before
"views":
in the file kickstarter.json by hand. Then the klick shows an empty form for the table as expacted.
