Description
Remove all reload icons from DocHeader. Users can re-click the selected item in the page tree and folder list. Also there are multiple automatic reloading mechanisms in service.

I don't think that is a good solution.

Why don't you think, my suggestion is a "good" solution? :)

I guess an even better solution would be to identify those reload icons that are necessary.
Necessary icons might be because data on current page can easily change by different users.
Those reload icons are necessary and should stay as is.
All other reload could be removed.
I think options are not a good solution.
Currently options are be set via Page/User TS that in most cases admins have to change.
Also those options must be documented and will probably not be uses often.
