Description
Hi.
I've faced a problem with cyrillic titles and descriptions of images. If I set, f.e. "тест", as image title or description in "Images Overview" mode, it is saved as "%u0442%u0435%u0441%u0442" in db and displayed same in BE and FE.
But if I insert same at "Edit Images" tab - everything is saved properly.
DB is utf-8, and all TYPO3 utf-8 requirements are met.
Since this issue appears only at "Images Overview" tab, I assume, that it is because of json_encoding: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/410704/cyrillic-characters-in-phps-json-encode
