multilanguage content elements (language "all") not shown anymore if defLangBinding is used

Description
Just add the following line to your user typoscript and see that happens to all multilanguage content elements if you are using the languages view in Web->Page. Right! They are not visible anymore...
mod.web_layout.defLangBinding = 1
