Description
On clean install, the RTE does not start up. It keeps hanging on the Dutch equivalent of "editor is being loaded".

We have:
- TYPO3: 4.2.6
- Html_area: 1.7.9
Tested on:
- Safari 4
- Mozilla Firefox 3.5
- IE 7

RTE now displays correctly on submit and preview page.
