Description

Instead of using the + Icons to create new content, many inexperienced users prefer the labeled buttons on top:

Click there on the button "New content" and you get a 2-step-wizard.
  • Step 1 is easy: Select the content type. But please scroll to the bottom and select one of the plugins.
  • Now a step 2 is needed, but there's almost no indicator for this. Step 2 is way too too too small and should be extracted to a new page.

Note: It occurs in each and every training that a user is frustrated as he doesn't know what to do after selecting the content type. This should be improved ASAP, as it's personally my most hated HCI issue!

I think this whole concept isn't perfect.
And I fully agree the ICONs are way to
small and they doesn't look CTA like.

Next steps?
