UX enhancement for EXT:documentation

Description
According to the discussion with Jens, this ticket is about UX enhancement in the (new) documentation module, this is why a few "breaking" changes (I think of labels) are allowed since it's not yet part of a stable version of TYPO3:

Function Menu¶
- Rename "Manage Documentation" as "Download Documentation"
Module Show Documentation¶
- Rename table header "Formats" as "Actions"
- Use icons instead of "sxw", "pdf", ... beware: we need to adapt signal/slot to extend the list (currently solely used by EXT:sphinx)
- Hide icons and show them on roll-over
