Problems with unique sender email-address

Description
It is not possible to use the optin feature, when the sender email-address field has to be configured as an unique field (e.g. "enable.unique = UID12").
In all cases a error massage like "This email address is already used" is shown.

We did some changes in 1.0.0
Please check if your issue is solved with the new version

did you test it together with a SVN version of powermail (not the old 1.5.3)?

I've just finished my tests with the latest SVN version. The problem still exists.
