Description

Extbase based frontend plugins don't get their flexform settings loaded anymore with TYPO3 6.2beta5.
It did still work on 6.2beta4.

Reason for this is

This commit removed default typoscript settings for plugins, also removing the plugin.tx_pluginname.settings{} property.

This leads to FrontendConfigurationManager::mergeConfigurationIntoFrameworkConfiguration not loading the "settings" key anymore.
