Description
If for a Extension the target version (constraints/depends/typo3) in ext_emconf.php is set to 6.2.0-6.2.99, the dependency check fails and the Ext can't be installed in 6.2.0betaX.
If it is set to 6.2-6.2.99 the dependency check accepts and the Ext is installed as expected.
To avoid manual editing of all ext_emconf.php files, the dependency check should accept 6.2.0 as a lower version then 6.2.0betaX!
