Images don't get rendered/scaled right or don't show at all with default settings.
After adding to constants following two settings, everything is ok:
styles.content.imgtext.responsive = 1
styles.content.imgtext.layoutKey = srcset

Please check if this happens with the latest bootstrap package again - also this should be reported to https://github.com/benjaminkott/bootstrap_package as it affects not the core.
