Provide command line script to install TYPO3 CMS

Description
For packacking TYPO3 CMS in a way that it can be deployed "ready to go" a command line script woudl be needed to do the steps that are normally done in the install tool for a first time install.
I am in contact with Amahi and they for example need it to package it.
I will try to take care but maybe require help from Christian Kuhn :)

Well yeah. Not providing a cli interface to the install tool is probably one of the biggest bummer in its 6.2 redesign ... Having something like that would be cool for other cases, too. I thought about that already, but did not start any real development in this area yet.

Well does it need more than a special shell controller? As long as we find a way to override the view, we could even output pretty text.
IMHO this could even be added during a patchlevel update as additional LTS feature.
