t3-login-news-headline styling is broken in 6.2 LTS

Description

In latest 6.2.1, the styling of .t3-login-news-headline h2 looks odd, see the attached screenshot. .t3-headline h2 has some additional padding to make the gray box larger, the padding is missing in the .t3-login-news-headline.

Some browsers also add some margin-top to dl#t3-login-news which causes the box create a visible gap between the box and the headline. A margin: 0 should be added here.

I think it is resolved; I attach a screenshot (chrome, firefox under MAC, latest versions - TYPO3 6.2.12)
