Description
A customer would like a permanent tag cloud of commonterms below the default search box that is visible on every page. The current setup does not allow for this because the commonterms only show up after a search has been performed.

Did you try the "Empty Query" checkbox? That should solve the issue already

not a bug, works in 1.0 already
