extend to subpages dosnt work anymore!

Description
We have found a core bug from version 6.2.3 and later. The "Extend to subpages" option does'nt work.
scenario:
- Home
- Page 1 (Access Rule "Group 1" and "Group 2" and "extend to subpages"
- Subpage 1 (no special settings)
Subpage 1 can be viewed without previous login.
We are currently working with 6.2.4 and have made a downgrade to 6.2.3. Here we land after the attempted access directly to "Home".
In 6.2.4 and 6.2.5, access to Subpage 1 is possible without problems.

I was not able to reproduce your described scenario with TYPO3 CMS 6.2.5.
On accessing the subpage (below a access-restricted page with extend to subpages set) the content of the next upper level is shown.
If the extend to subpages property is not set, the subpage will be shown as expected.

We have now tested it again with 6.2.5:
Scenario 1 (Works):
- Home
- Page 1 (Hide in menu) + Access for Group 1 only without "Extend to Subpages"
- Subpage 1
Accessing Page 1 -> Fly back to Home
Access to Subpage 1 -> Stay on Subpage 1 (Content visible)
Scenario 2 (error):
- Home
- Page 1 (Hide in menu) + Access for Group 1 only with "Extend to Subpages"
- Subpage 1
Accessing Page 1 -> Fly back to Home
Access to Subpage 1 -> Stay on Subpage 1 (content not visible)
Normally, you should fly back on "Home". Currently, only the content is not displayed.

I have set the pages as hidden in menu and can't reproduce it. Further I have tested it with/without version and with/without workspace extension. As last test I have opened the website in another browser where TYPO3-BE ist not opened. Tested on current master (10.10.2014 23:45). Maybe it is solved already. Please test again in a clean environment.

We're tested it again on a new installation and it works. Could u Change the Thread to "Support"? Any ideas for our problem?
