The explanatory text of the variables [SYS][errorHandlerErrors], [SYS][exceptionalErrors], [SYS][syslogErrorReporting] and [SYS][belogErrorReporting] differs in formatting, link to PHP doc and if a numeric default value is given. Moreover, the numeric default values are wrong.
Will add a patch soon.
