Description
Logged in FE-Users should be able to vote submitted Viewhelpers and suggested changes.
This system will allow us to see the relevance of Viewhelpers. Popular Viewhelpers might be integrated to the fluid extension.
Note: Maybe we can use one of the existing voting extensions, otherwise a new extension has to be written.
