Description
Caretaker is already storing node-role-address relations. We should show those contacts in the overview-be-module and add convenience-links for phonecalls and e-mails. The be-module should show the contacts from the selected node upwards to the root node so it will be easy to find the responsible persons.

A first simple version was committed in r30744. I am still looking for a good way to trigger phonecalls from the browser.

I managed to handle the tel:pseudoprotocol on my Mac. I think this should work for other platforms too.

This is resolved by the caretaker contact panel for now. Maybe we will add some more stuff in future.
