If you don't want to use the subheader feature you get '...' as subheader

Description
We just forward mails to mailaccount without think about formatining it the right way.
So the subheader should be empty, otherwise '...' is shown in the list view instead of the first 200 characters of the message.
My Suggestion:
If the subheader identifiere characters are empty it doesn set any subheader.

As far as I understand what you're saying, it already does exactly that: if no subheader line is set in the emails, the subheader field in the news-messages stay empty.
The ... is probably added by your tt_news configuration.
Unless I misunderstood the issue, I will close it. Let me know.
