Description

Since editors got the possibility to add description and readable titles to files, indexer of indexed_search should recognize these meta data as well.

Solution #1:
Add title and description anywhere in frontend e.g. as title or alt tag (or hidden container in worst case)

Solution #2:
Add some code to indexer.php and get properties directly from sys_file table
