Description
Currently the popular tag () just shows some kind of all time popularity counter for extensions.
This should be a little more transparent - maybe if it would somehow provide filters to show most popular extensions "by downloads", "by rating" and also filter them to show only the "last 3 months", "last year" and "all time".
This should make it easier to distinguish between important extensions, rising newcommers which are worth to show them because people start to like them and oldies without any relevance (which currently still show up because people downloaded them year's ago).
