Inline-Records: collapseAll = TRUE, additional option to have new records expanded

Description
The default behaviour for collapseAll is also to collapse newly created records which might make sense when using this option, e.g. if one only has a foreign_selector and does not necessary require fields to input.
However, in a lot of scenarios when wants people to add values when adding a new record, therefore it would make sense that those would be expanded.
I think the best solution would be an additional flag like expandNewRecord => TRUE in appearance.

It is actually relatively simple to do something like this via the new renderType / NodeResolver option but, of course it would be better if it were part of the core
