Description

I attached a patch which will do so. If I also attached a screenshot so you have immediately an impression.
Of course this could be done via a hook, but I like this behaviour. Should I apply the patch?
Own templates must include the ###FORUMDESC### in list_topic.html in order to see the forum description.
