More (error) messages for the enduser

Description
There should be more messages to inform the end user what happened.
There should be messages that confirm the changes of the user (for example: "Your avatar has been deleted." / "Your avatar has been uploaded / replaced").
There are also error messages missing. If you upload an avatar and
$TCA['fe_users']['columns']['tx_mmforum_avatar']['config']['max_size']
is NULL you do not even get a message that your avatar couldn't be uploaded and you also don't get a hint why is won't work.
