Description
The documentation was moved from the oo-document to the wiki. The existing documentation parts in the wiki were integrated as separate chapters. All parts need review and work.
Special notes: * The old about page should be merged with the introduction from the manual. * The ext-mgm configuration has changed completely. * The parts for adding new remote operations are still empty.

I moved the ticket to alpha 2 since alpha 1 is already in TER.

I will add some documentation from the user point of view, e.g. how to set up the server and instances, adding and configuring tests, etc.
But since I'm not the developer of caretaker, I'll definitely need someone to review my documentation.
