CSH for TCA not working inside "Inline"-Elements.

Description
The CSH tooltip is working fine for backend tables, when clicking on a label, but this is not working for labels inside "Inline"-Elements.

I'm able to confirm this for EXT:news and other extensions with TYPO3 8.7.9

Confirming this bug. The question mark icon is shown but nothing happens when clicking the label (AJAX request is not fired at all).

Confirmed on TYPO3 9.5.0.
With collapseAll = 1, the CSH Tooltips are not working, with collapseAll = 0 they work.

Hey. Well, it has been some time since this issue has been opened. TYPO3 v12 removes CSH entirely with #97312 since the entire concept was outdated and broken. We won't fix anything in this area in <v12 anymore, so all I can do is closing here.
