Filelist module: Creating a folder or file is not possible / Error on create file or folder

Description
Hi,
it is not possible to create a file or folder within the file list module anymore. An error occurs like:

or
http://t3v8.loc/typo3/index.php?route=%2Ffile%2Feditcontent&token=a296a15dc97b69a4cc54e45adbef58a3b0590b02
each with message "[Error] Failed to load resource: Die Netzwerkverbindung wurde unterbrochen. (Install.php, line 0)" (in Safari).
Andreas Fernandez already told me it seems to be a regression to the FormEngine patch #77727
I also testet to add or create a youtube media resource, which successfully worked. But no folder or file creation.
