Description
All team members please answer in a nutshell, if you are willing to agree upon the basic rules pointed out in the wiki and the issues #7547, #7617 and #7663, since it will be essential for our team play in the future.
Ask yourself, if you still want to participate and invest an amount of at least 4 hours per week over the next months, so that we can reach a first milestone with the release of TYPO3 4.5.
The plan is to have a meeting at the same day of each week, so that we can work together, discuss things via Skype or maybe IRC and plan the things to take care of for the following week.
Please let me know if this is something we can all agree upon so that I can "activate" the pending members and start with the first meeting next week. Feel free to propose a concrete date as well.

There's some discussion in the linked issues. For example, I'm not sure whether the rule is "split up the CSS files" or "do not split up CSS files". A list of things to agree to here in this issue report would be helpful.
I will not be able to regularly invest at least 4 hours a week over the next fews months, though.

This issue has been set to rejected now, to clarify this :-)

So can you give a rough estimation how much time you will be able to invest then?

I'm in.
Flexible schedule, but would be nice to have our meetings during normal work-hours (Europe time - between 8 and 18)

Understood and agreed.
I'll be able to spare 3-4 hours of my time each week.
It would be great if our meeting (I'd prefer Skype, but IRC is fine too) could be at Sunday mid-day, or any workday (except Friday), ~ GMT 19:00.

I really would join, and i agree with the rules made,
but i can't afford working 4h per week during normal work-hours.
Cause i'm doing this in my freetime, i can help working in the evening or sometimes on weekends.

Oh come on team, we surely can spare at least 3-4 hours in week, it's ~25-35min's per day. :-)

Exactly this is what I thought too :-) - having a fixed meeting with a maximum time slot of 1 hour and spending the rest of the time working on different tasks should be possible.
But it seems that our wishlist for the meeting time differs. Sunday is a no go for me, since I have got a family and a dog to take care of.
Currently it seems an acceptable tradeoff if we meet 18.30 Monday, Tuesday or Thursday, since my Wednesdays are completely booked. Any other wishes?
BTW: Which cities / countries / time zones are you guys living in? - I'm from Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany.
I would prefer Skype as well, and I know Ben and Benni are also available via Skype, so the question seems to be: Is there anybody in the team who can not use Skype at all?

Since I know that you are very busy with other tasks within the TYPO3 community, I guess this would still be acceptable although I have to admit that I would appreciate getting more of your time for this team ;-)

Riga, Latvia, GMT +3 (summer time)/2.
And yeah - I would prefer Skype too. :-)

Skype's good.
(I wonder why skype wouldn't be ok for someone since it runs under Win, OS X, and Linux - so there would be no excuse for not being able to run it)

Yup, and it's the most used IM client in europe.
btw, maybe we should add each other to a group chat? My nick is: kristaps.karlsons

There might be some security policies by sysops' of machines people are using at work that don't allow using Skype ...
So if I did the math right:
18:30 Latvian time would be 18:30 Romanian time as well and 17:30 German time, which would be fine for me.
Any other timezones we have to consider?
What about you, Bram? Are you still in and will the timeframe be OK for you?

Well 4 hours per week isn't a problem. the problem is during working hours.
Working hours: 4 per week is fine, but in the evening/weekends
Timeframe: 18.30 German time on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday is fine.
