Description

Everywhere the form which type "datetime", show "00:00 04-01-2017"!
Although, I had changed ['TYPO3_CONF_VARS'][SYS][ddmmyy] to "Y-m-d".
In my opinion, everywhere with ddmmyy="Y-m-d" should show "2017-01-04".

sorry to troble. But in china, we use Year-month-day, is different form US/UK

not only datetime form, It's not work in admin log.
