Description

[suggested by Simon Browning] RTE preconfig does not have to be fancy, but a good preconfigured option, perhaps with the base set of tools on the toolbar as you see in wordpress or similar.

Any suggestions are welcome

Can folks take a gander at this rte configuration and make further suggestions?

It's geared towards being simple on the editors while giving examples on how to further customize.
