Drag and Drop a new site in page tree doesn't work in IE10 and Edge

Description
Prerequisites:
IE10 or lastest version of Microsoft Edge
Steps to reproduce the problem: (Edge with Win10)
- Open the edge browser and login into the backend
- Now click on the sites module
- It not possible to drag and Drop a new page from the upper toolbar to the page title in the page tree.
(Maybe the first time it will work, but after this it won't work anymore)
Actual workaround:
But when you Drag and drop a new page from the toolbar to page Icon, it will work.

TYPO3 v9 does not support IE10 anymore (for the TYPO3 Backend), but we'll try to reproduce this with IE11 and Edge. Can you specify your windows 10 version and Edge version?

Here are my windows 10 and Edge version:
- Windows 10 pro, version 10.0.17763 Build 17763
- Microsoft Edge 44.17763.1.0

Can confirm, it's not working on IE11 and Edge.
- Moving items within the page tree is working
- Creating new pages via drag and drop is not working

I confirm the issue with TYPO3 9.5.5 and Edge (Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0 on Windows 10)
it seems that on Edge the area in which you can drag the new page is limited to the icon width (see attached image)

Sorry for this very late update.
I tried a short test with the TYPO3 demo site https://demo.typo3.org/ (TYPO3 10.4.21) and Edge 94 (latest updated version) and I was not able to reproduce it => I close this issue.
If you think that this is the wrong decision or experience the issue again please reopen it or open a new issue with a reference to this one.
