Raw HTML labels for additional scheduler fields of the linkvalidator

Hi,
in TYPO3\CMS\Linkvalidator\Task\ValidatorTaskAdditionalFieldProvider::getAdditionalFields the method BackendUtility::wrapInHelp is called for the labels, but also the viewhelper f:be.labels.csh is used in the template. This leads to the raw HTML labels.
So the method calls BackendUtility::wrapInHelp in TYPO3\CMS\Linkvalidator\Task\ValidatorTaskAdditionalFieldProvider::getAdditionalFields has to be removed.

Hi, in which version do you encounter the problem, since this should be fixed with #92964 in the latest release 10.4.13.
