SVG image in backend preview not displayed scaled

Description
When using, e.g. the Text/Media content element and adding to the assets field a SVG image, the SVG image is not displayed scaled. This happens in two places:
1. In the backend preview of the page module:
2. In the page properties showing the preview image:
The first image is a JPG, the second a SVG. I encountered it in TYPO3 v10.4.16.

I close this issue; I am not able to reproduce it on TYPO3 9,10,11,12,13 with the provided file "Conference_Speaker_Event.svg".
I suspect that the culprit had been something wrong with the ImageMagick/GraphicsMagick configuration.
If you think that this is the wrong decision please reopen it or open a new issue with a reference to this one.
