hreflang used in (xml:)lang parameter of html tag

Description
In config.yaml you can set the hreflang for a language. This is used for both the <link rel="alternate"...> tags and (xml:)lang attribute in the html tag. However the link tags can contain "x-default" (for an international home page for example) while this isn't a valid value for the (xml:)lang attribute.
