Description

If a backend editor has access to all languages, but the access right for tt_content:sys_language_uid is not given. The editor is able to create content in all languages and they are added in the correct language.

The problem is: The editor also sees the "Translate" button when there are no content elements in the destination language. When using this button and continuing the process in the modal, the translated content element is generated, but in the original language.
