Avoid empty content in backend by redirect from empty to start module

Description

Since "Feature: #93921 - Sharing backend links" it is possible to edit content shared via a link.
When the edited content element is closed, the user is redirected to /empty dummy content (DummyController).

It would be a UX improvement if the user would be redirected to the first module in the menu or his configured start module instead of the empty content.
