Remove conflicting card styles

Description
A lot of the card styles present in TYPO3 are from times where Bootstrap did not actually have cards yet. As the implementation was modelled to be close to panels at the time (-header, -title, etc.) these styles now collide with the actual Bootstrap card styles and should be removed.
Until the now planned refactor from panels to cards, cards have not been used a lot in the backend (mainly the Install Tool, About module, Distributions and MFA). The existing implementations can be fixed with the old styles being removed
