The new fluid based page module is missing the defaultLanguageBinding functionality (setting @defLangBinding@ in TSconfig has no effect). There is no separation of the related elements. See the screenshots:

To reproduce:
Set page tsconfig @mod.web_layout.defLangBinding = 1@ and toggle between old and new page module settings
