How to reproduce: Copy any element, open the context menu of a content element, then select "paste reference after". Nothing happens. If I use the "paste" buttons above and below content elements (a popup with paste copy or paste reference appears), it wasn't works. I could reproduce this on a TYPO3 core issue 10.4.4 and a 10.4.6 installation.
