Mailformplus MVC gets renamed to Formhandler

The universal formhandler extension Mailformplus MVC gets renamed to 'Formhandler'.
The new extension key is 'formhandler'.

Issue tracker and repository of Mailformplus MVC will be closed. All further development will be done for 'formhandler'.
TypoScript settings and HTML templates will stay the same, except all occurrences of 'F3_MailformPlusPlus' have to be replaced with 'Tx_Formhandler'.
