ke_search Version 1.0 has been released

On 30.3.2012 the TYPO3 search extension ke_search has been released to TER as Version 1.0 (stable).

This version contains new features and lots of bugfixes:

  • Reworked frontend layout.
  • Relevancy boost for searchwords in title.
  • New facet rendering "textlinks" with number of hits displayed.
  • Indexer for files.
  • Better backend module with clear index button.
  • TYPO3 scheduler integration.
  • Better perfomance.
  • Optimized plugin configuration with tabs in flexforms.
  • Completely reworked source code structure makes it easier to extend ke_search.

An update is recommended.

Important: If you upgrade from Version 0.3.X, please delete and re-insert your search plugins as the configruation options have been changed.
