svmetaextract 1.0 released
The DAM team released svmetaextract 1.0. This extension replaces the extensions cc_metaexif, cc_metaexec and cc_meta_xmp and is basically a bugfix release of these three extensions, now merged to one single extension.

The groundwork of that extension was done by Peter Kühn, thank you very much!
By today, cc_metaexif, cc_metaexec and cc_meta_xmp are obsolete. Please remove them and install svmetaextract from TER.
Please report any issues to the Forge bugtracker at http://forge.typo3.org/projects/show/extension-svmetaextract.

Or use Ext:TIKA if you want to access 1200 filetypes and read and index 600 of them. :-)

After switching to svmetaextract BE module 'reports' says my installation does not support some filestypes (EXIF, PDF, etc) which were indexed before. Any ideas? Should I open an issue and provide some screenshots?
