ICE Pack

Due to a misbehaviour of addPItoST43 each USER element of the icepack didn't work anymore with TYPO3 versions 4.3.+ because the PHP classes were not properly included.

Please update your extensions as soon as possible to reactivate frontend rendering of icepack based elements in 4.3.+!
