Yellowpay for TYPO3 commerce

Sponsored by a TYPO3 company from Switzerland Dimitri has rewritten and extended most of the yellowpay2commerce extension:

- Now orders wont get lost anymore when the customer closes the browser just after payment
- The information about successfull payment is now directly sent to TYPO3 from yellowpay
- Now encrypted Keys are used to verify transfered data

Please test the version from "SVN" and create an issue if you find any bugs. TER version will be released soon.

Added option yellowpayTPURL to ext_conf_template.txt. The URL of the dynamic template for the payment gateway can be specified.
