• Oliver Wand wants to do a first draft of the guidlines.
• Silke: High aims. Concerns. Detailed. Take a look at the previous video's and then see what we can do. Silke has step by step guide. Definition of Roles
• would be good to share the guides of silke
• [Tom]: voice over. tom has got aws space. [todo] tom will have a look at running ftp there
• Check for alternative ways of sharing platforms like Dropbox, box.net or own server. Storage and bandwith need to be taken in consideration as we're talking raw video files.

Roles - ideas:¶

1. writing script (topic, what to show, translate the script) (Jochen, Silke, Christian)
2. translating script (draft: Jochen, Christian or Silke; Tom gets draft and changes it into proper English)
3. english voice and video recording (Tom)
4. german voice and video recording (Oliver)
5. producing videos (cutting, callouts, ...) (Oliver, Wolfgang)
6. quality check
   1. German (Silke, Wolfgang, Christian)
   2. English (Tom, Christian -> not in terms of language, but for other terms.)
7. publishing it to Youtube and maintenance of the YouTube channel. Also embed the YouTube videos to typo3.org (Felix Oertel, Oliver)
8. spreading the news (Ben) (and everyone else via Social Media and own web sites)
9. team leader / coordinator
