• suggestions on the roles the team members would like to take
• include CC for all of our videos in both the English and German version

Meeting of 27th February 2012, 17.00-17.35:¶

• Tom's suggestion for buzz sounds pretty good, if someone has important changes, mail them to Tom until Tuesday
• Silke might get another suggestion for the intro, would show it to us, if it is really cool
• we agreed on adding subtitles for deaf users to our videos that can be switched on if needed; these would also be useful in office environments and other
  • would appear at the bottom of the screen
  • can be done in post production, Tom will also add them to the videos already finished
  • should not be the literal script, but shorter
• IP screencast: see http://forge.typo3.org/issues/33735
  • purpose: promotional, show that TYPO3 is not too difficult to install and use, show main features
  • Should we show a ready installed TYPO3 and name requirements? We will decide on that later after Oliver Hader has seen the abstract Christian will write
  • as soon as Christian has finished the draft of the script we should hurry up in giving suggestions or adding questions in order to be able to get the videos finished until April
• roles of the team members:
  • Silke will ask Oliver again if he will do the German recordings
  • Wolfgang could also do German recordings, post production or whatever is needed
  • Jochen and Christian would like to write further scripts
  • Daniela would like to do quality checks for scripts before recordings and after video production
  • Silke will jump in from time to time and maintain our section on typo3.org
  • Tom would like to help out on typo3.org with the English language version and do further English recordings
