Agenda:

  • Silke: alternative drafts for intro slides
  • Jochen: use a naming convention for our files (scripts and videos)

Meeting of 30th April 2012, 17.00-17.15

  • intro slides:
    • we agreed to use Silke's draft
    • small modification: not with rounded corners
    • the procedure will be the following:
      • Silke's graphic designer will animate the slides and provide a Photoshop template
      • if slides are needed for a certain screencast the responsible creates a task for that and Silke will deliver the slides in a file format that can be directly used for the screencast production (e.g. .jpg)
  • we agreed on using always the following naming convention for our files (scripts and videos):
    <name_of_screencast>-<language>-<author shortname>-<date: YYYYMMDD>.pdf
    eg.: Embedding_Media-EN-TW-20120430.pdf" for Tom's English version of the "Embedding Media" screencast
