Overview

Current State¶

The ExtJS 4 migration has been dropped as sub-project of the TYPO3 4.7 development. See the accordant discussion and explanation here in the v4 list

Scope¶

The purpose of this project is to:

convert the RTE to ExtJS 4.0
develop new element browsers
integrate the RTE with the upcoming DAM 2.0 (by means of new element browsers)

This project uses the GIT repository of the Incubator project and has its own branch "project-rtehtmlarea" in there.
