Add created by (cruser_id) for redirects

Description
It would be nice to include the cruser_id for redirects to see who created the redirects, be it automatically or manually.
This should be done by adding the cruser_id key in 'ctrl' tca and added to the automatic creation.

FYI: cruser_id in TCA has been removed in v12:

This has then to be handled manually.

Do you want to explicitly have the user who created the redirect or is it enough, to know whether the redirect was created automatically or manually?
This option has been available since TYPO3 12.1
