Is there a plan to boost incomes of TYPO3 Inc delivering a "TYPO3 Enterprise" version license based, separate from a "TYPO3 Community" version? Something like Ez has made

In the organization envisaged by the actual business plan who would have the power to make such a decision? The Association GA? The Board?

Short answer: No.

Long answer:
We don't plan enterprise releases which gate functionality using a premium model.
I know, from a pure business point of view this seems like a logical approach, but it does not make sense.
Features will be developed and given to the public as usual.
Even beyond that I had a discussion about TYPO3 supplying paid, niche extensions but we came to the conclusion that even those should be free of charge.
So if we think of something like an Amazon CDN driver for FAL (I pick this example because it's the one we had in the discussion), the development team agreed that this should either be a free core team extension or even become part of the core.

I guess technically the CEO/Board would have the power for such an decision, but such a case would not be feasible.
First off, I'd most likely resign from my post because this isn't in line with the Open Source values I believe in.
And even if another CEO or the board or the GA demanded such a change huge parts of the core team would drop their engagement in TYPO3 pretty much immediately, bringing TYPO3 to an immediate halt.

I'm sure nobody wants this.

Thanks for your answer Mathias.
I totally agree with you about the values of Open Source and I'm happy to be on the same position held by one of the most respected member of the community.

It seems to me that you also believe that it should be a founding value for the TYPO3 development and I believe that this kind of strategic decisions should not be put in the hands of a single person like the CEO. I believe that the company statute should explicitly express this kind of limitation in the CEO powers.

My personal opinion is that such a power should be in the hands of the association GA.
